30 Day Return Policy

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and services that we have to offer at mountainsales.net. This is why we are one of the only companies to offer you a FULL 30 Day Return Policy. Simply follow the return guidelines as described below:

Return Merchandise Authorization

If you need to return a purchase please email for an RMA number. RMA numbers are only issued via email. Please send your RMA request to sales@mountainsales.net.

Please contact us prior to returning the products for instructions and a RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. mountainsales.net must receive the product authorized for return within 14 days of the RMA being issued. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the shipping box.

All product must be returned in the original shipping packaging as received from us. All accessories and manuals must also be returned with the product.

Returned product must arrive at mountainsales.net within 14 days of the RMA number issue date.

mountainsales.net will inspect the products upon receipt & if any item is found to be significantly not as described or damaged by the buyer, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

For your security, please return the package to us with a "signature confirmation" by an insured courier and retain your receipt/tracking information. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit or in house.

mountainsales.net will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Products (DOA)

In the unlikely event that you receive products that are Dead On Arrival or Faulty, they may be returned at anytime within 30 days of item receipt for a replacement. If no replacement is available a full refund of the original purchase price including shipping will be issued. Some products, although very rare do have manufacturer faults.

mountainsales.net shall NOT be held responsible for the repairs or exchanges of any defective units after 30 days of purchase.

All Other Product Returns

All products that are open or used may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee.

mountainsales.net will NOT returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of mountainsales.net used in the site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of mountainsales.net

Limitation of Liability

mountainsales.net shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if mountainsales.net has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors

mountainsales.net shall not be responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any existing invoice.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. They, or any part of them, may be terminated by mountainsales.net without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
